Due to recent events including our social media pages being compromised, we are temporarily taking our store offline while we asses the damage.

We will not be able to contact you via Facebook as we are still unable to regain access. Please reach out below if you were contacted by anyone pretending to be us on Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, IG, X, or via text or phone calls. We are doing everything we can to ensure each case is resolved ASAP. We will respond to these ASAP (Less than 48 hours).

EXISTING 3D PRINT ORDERS:

If you ordered a 3D print from this store and it hasn’t been shipped, it is likely the result of us losing access to those orders. Orders from the past couple months may not be possible for us to view and we have no way of knowing if this is the case. Please let us know below and we will respond ASAP. (Less than 48 hours).

Note: Squarespace has assured us that no buyer information or account information was compromised.

Our sincerest apologies if you were affected by this lapse in security. We believe it was the result of our main Google account being compromised, which opened the floodgates to multiple sites, over 400 passwords, and potentially even our text messages (which means two factor authentication). If you use Google as a method to store passwords or login to sites, please take the time to re-evaluate your security. As we just learned: It’s not just your security at risk, it also allows criminals to use your platform to take advantage of others.
