This page covers our most frequently asked questions such as shipping times, case versions, cable recommendations, and more. If you have a question not listed here, please ask us at info@cliffandkajun.com. We work hard to reply as timely as possible, but some replies can take up to 48 hours depending on our schedules. SHIPPING


Q. Usual shipping times?

Currently we take up to 5-7 business days to print and process orders. It’s just Cliff and I and we are also balancing our day jobs as we fulfill these orders. Don’t be alarmed if you haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation from us if it hasn’t been at least 5 business days past your order date. When your order is ready to ship, we will send a confirmation. If you haven’t gotten one during that time, check your spam folder. Feel free to email us if you still haven’t received a shipping update then.

Please note: Business days consist of M-F. Also, Priority Shipping only speeds up the time your package is in transit by USPS. It does not speed up our processing time in the shop. Each order is hand printed and inspected for QC. We take great care in selecting the parts that go out, as we don’t want to send anything that does not meet our quality standards.

If your order is urgent, please send us an email to let us know it’s urgent and the date you need it by, and we can send you an option for expedited processing. Thank you for your understanding!

Q. Ship internationally?

Yes! Some products can ship internationally from our website. Check to see if your country is listed at checkout. If not, you can go to our Etsy here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheCreatorsCup?ref=seller-platform-mcnav

*International shipping usually takes between 7-14 days from the day the product is shipped. It is also very common that orders appear to get “stuck” in customs for several days before they appear to move again. Don’t be alarmed, as we have found this to be completely normal and the products still get delivered with no issues.

If the shipment has not updated after 10 business days of being in customs, let us know and we will contact our carrier to see if there was a problem and we will send a replacement.

Q. Can I cancel my order if shipping takes too long?

Yes, we will refund you completely before we ship your product.

Q. Can I get a replacement if I was sent the wrong product?

Yes, we will send you a replacement free of charge if the fault was ours, (and even if it wasn’t.) Hey we get it, mistakes happen! (Kajun speaking here) I get trigger happy when I’m making a purchase in a hurry and sometimes order the wrong thing. We got your back if you excitedly ordered the wrong thing, too. 😘 Just let us know and we will do whatever we can to get you the thing you actually wanted.

The same goes for defective or damaged products. We inspect every part that goes out the door. We add (probably more padding than necessary) and do our best to only ship quality products. If somehow a part got put into a box that wasn’t our standard OR it got damaged in shipping, we will send you a replacement. Some things are out of our control, but making sure we resolve the issue and you are satisfied IS within our control.

Q. Refunds & 30-Day Money Back Guarantee?

Absolutely we offer full refunds and give you a 30-day money back guarantee! If you don’t love the product or maybe it was an impulse buy, but now the bills are due (we get it!), just drop us a line on our customer support email and we will make it right. Profit was never the intent of our store, just funding our insane hobbies lol. We started out as creators looking for solutions, and when we couldn’t find any, we made some. If our solutions don’t 100% fit your needs, we aren’t going to stick you with them.


CASE VERSIONS & OTHER PHONES


Q. Do these work with cases?

Yes, we do offer case versions of the Minimalist Mounts and we have a quick guide below for the information we will need to be able to design your custom case (if we don’t already have your case listed).

CineGrips are much harder to fit with cases because of their complicated design. So at this time we do not offer CineGrips for various phone cases. We are working to design case CineGrips, but do not have a timeline on when they will be ready. You can sign up here for our waitlist to be notified when the case versions are released. Should you buy a non-case version, we will give you a 30% discount on your upgrade.

CABLE RECOMMENDATIONS


Cables have been the hardest piece of the puzzle for us, because there are so many cables and adapters out there. The ones we recommended have since gone out of stock and we haven’t been able to find any that work with our setup. It’s very likely that the ones you already have will work just fine, but we don’t have links to any at this time that we feel confident sharing. This is also why we can’t include them in your order. We know that’s not awesome or helpful at all, and that’s why we are also designing our own cabling system for the CineGrips. We have some (hopefully) 🙏🏼 big things in store for you all as this product and idea expands. Stay tuned!


BLUETOOTH SHUTTER


Q. Does CineGrip have a BT shutter button?

Not yet. We are trying to keep our costs as low as possible to be able to offer this product at a reasonable price point. We do have plans to add this feature in the future, but for now it’s not available on current orders. Our CineGrips are open on the bottom and do not obstruct the screen in any way, so it’s pretty easy to tap the shutter button on the screen and still hold the phone in one hand (for most).

Since starting this whole 3D journey and taking on the insane idea of CineGrips, we have learned so much about e-commerce. We’ve also learned that 3D printing can be unpredictable and we sometimes have to navigate uncharted waters. We want to deliver the highest quality possible with a 3D printer, so Cliff has spent hundreds of hours meticulously designing and refining each variation to work with various SSDs. We are also trying to design CineGrip case versions. They are still a prototype, but they are in the works.
