Each one of our custom gifts are hand made to order, so we graciously ask for 5-7 business days of processing time. This is on top of shipping time. Because these are personalized, we can't offer returns or refunds, but if something is drastically wrong with your order, reach out to us and we will make it right. It costs us a lot of time to design and personalize our gifts and make them just right for every customer, so all sales are final on our custom gifts.
